Privacy & Terms
1. PRIVACY POLICY
Last Updated: August 2026. At SwiphtGreen, we are committed to providing you with complete transparency—not just in our solar mathematical pricing, but in how we capture, manage, and protect your configuration and personal information. This Privacy Policy details our data practices across our interactive web applications and secure databases.
A. Information We Collect & Sizing Diagnostics
To design, calculate, and securely persist customized solar solutions for your home or operational workflow, we collect the following categories of information:
- Account Profile & Contact Details: Name, email address, WhatsApp number, and physical installation addresses required to deliver hardware quotes, invoice notices, and calendar virtual site survey alerts.
- Energy Load Metrics: Appliance lists, continuous operating baselines (Comfortable vs Lean nocturnal models), slider configurations, and custom accessory additions entered during active system sizing.
- Survey & Consultation Data: Timeslots selected, connection links, and surveyor notes generated during our live Google Calendar-assisted site consultations.
- Transaction Verification Files: Anonymized ledger transaction references, bank-issued transfer confirmation descriptions, and secure receipt image files uploaded for direct administrative order validation.
B. Passwordless OTP Authentication Security
In alignment with our structural security practices, SwiphtGreen employs a passwordless login mechanism. We do not store or collect passwords:
- User authentication is completed via secure, temporary 6-digit One-Time Passwords (OTPs) dispatched directly to your verified email address via the Brevo API and Zoho Gateway.
- Once an OTP is validated, a secure, browser-encrypted session cookie (valid for 30 days) is generated to preserve access to your Private Configuration Dashboard.
- Rate-limiting structures are strictly enforced on OTP endpoints (maximum of 3 attempts every 10 minutes) to prevent brute-force profiling.
C. Data Security, Cloud Storage & Zero-Log Mandate
All authenticated database profiles, saved configurations, and scheduled virtual technical survey listings are securely written and managed inside our persistent Google Cloud Firebase Firestore layer. Transferred transaction receipts are cached separately in secure Google Cloud Storage buckets.
We maintain a strict administrative policy: we do not rent, sell, or license your contact details or load metrics to third-party marketing services. Access to client data is strictly credential-gated, accessible only to authorized SwiphtGreen staff members (Admins, Surveyors, and Sales representatives) performing technical reviews and drafting tailored invoices.
D. Cookies & Dynamic Telemetry Stream
Our platform utilizes simple, essential cookies strictly for structural operations, including session token persistence. To monitor and optimize overall platform performance, we host standard, anonymized telemetry scripts for Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity. These services capture generic visitor pathways, device specifications, and page heatmaps to help our engineers refine slider mechanics, with all PII and sensitive numeric entries completely masked.
2. TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service govern your use of the SwiphtGreen website, savings calculator, interactive configuration portal, crowd-investment references, and professional virtual survey bookings. By accessing our platform, you acknowledge and agree to these rules.
A. Mathematical Sizing Estimates vs. Field Audits
Our solar savings metrics, annual power yield equations, and payback calculations are generated in real time using localized weather databases and standardized regional sun assumptions (4.5 Peak Sun Hours, 18% system losses, 82% equipment efficiency):
- The figures presented on the public calculator are preliminary mathematical projections, calculated from current catalog pricing referenced directly from our live administration spreadsheets.
- A preliminary estimate does not constitute a binding, immutable commercial contract. Ultimate system configuration, hardware counts, and pricing obligations are finalized only after a **Virtual Technical Site Survey** or a formal administrative engineering assessment.
- Authorized SwiphtGreen staff reserve the right to audit, modify, and adjust technical specs (such as inverter capacity matching and battery sizing) via our invoice tools to match real physical baseline requirements.
B. Solar Crowd-Investment Guidelines
Sponsors who engage with our Crowd-Investment modules (connecting capital to off-grid installations) agree that funding parameters, monthly profit shares, and asset depreciation timelines are governed by separate, legally detailed Project Subscription Agreements. Past performance data tracked across our deployments is illustrative of historical operational efficiency and does not guarantee future financial yields.
C. Gift Power Philanthropy Sponsoring Rules
Under our **Gift Power** framework, sponsors can fully fund solar setups dedicated to specific recipients, clinics, schools, or communities in Nigeria. Sponsoring payments represent one-time, non-recurring hardware capital and installation purchases. SwiphtGreen is solely responsible for sourcing, shipping, constructing, and validating the physical asset at the target location, as well as providing localized post-commissioning maintenance.
D. Platform Limitations & User Account Safeguards
Users agree to utilize our tools, endpoints, and portal listings solely for legitimate solar design and booking processes. Probing, scanning, or executing brute-force operations against our OTP authentication routes, webhook interfaces, or administrative sheets client databases is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate lock of your active user session and potential notification to telecommunication gateways.
